Call for Course Proposals: Winter/Spring Trimester at TOALC

It seems we've just started the fall session here at TOALC, but it is already time to look ahead to the winter/spring trimester (tentatively Monday, January 25 - Friday, March 19, 2027)!

If you would like to offer a class, presentation, or event this winter, please consider sharing your expertise with our community.

To submit a proposal, download the simple course proposal text file -> here <-. Copy the contents directly into an email, fill in your answers, and send it back to us at info@theoalc.org.

A Note on Format (In-Person or Zoom): You might consider offering your class via Zoom! Recent forecasts suggesting a tough winter ahead make virtual classes a great option for keeping our schedule reliable. TOALC can host your Zoom sessions.

Submitting by Mail: If you prefer traditional mail, you can print the completed form and send it to the TOALC office at 55 Smith St., East Stroudsburg, PA.

Important Guidelines & Deadline:

• Deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026 (just a week before fall classes wrap up, so we can get the course book drafted, printed, and mailed out before Christmas).

• Word Counts: Please keep a close eye on the suggested maximum word counts for your course description and bio. Sticking to these limits helps tremendously as we work to fit 70+ class descriptions into just six pages of the course book without heavy editing!
